My 37 week check-up went well. The doctor said Baby T2 is probably about 7-7.5 lbs already and in position. I'm a little surprised, considering that's about the size Jacob was at birth. I'm up to 17 lbs total for this pregnancy, so at least I'm moving in the right direction this week!
I wouldn't say that I'm in a hurry for Baby T2 to get here - I'm enjoying my last few weeks of one-on-one time with Jacob - but I am a little tired and a lot tired of the heat! It's over 100 again this week and I have definitely had enough of that for one summer!
We still haven't decided yet if we will try to schedule or just wait it out yet, but we will know a lot more after my appointment on Thursday. So, wish us luck these next few weeks as we try to make the best decision and await Baby T2's arrival!
Jacob has been doing great this past week. He's learning so many more words and is repeating almost anything we say. Today was the first day back at storytime at the library after summer break and he was so excited to go! I love that he remembered it and wanted to go back!
He brought me my phone the other day and said "cheese!" He loves having his picture taken these days! Could he be any cuter?!
